Originally an extension of Patterson Manufacturing Company, "The
Company Store" provided its employees a place to purchase food and
other supplies. Since 1963, the Goodman family has operated "Goodman
Farm Supply," a resource for local farmers and gardeners. Before
Goodman Farm Supply, other tenants included the China Grove Seed
Association and FCX.
